About
Seventeen years on two platforms
Long enough to have built the integration, inherited somebody else's, and been the person called at month-end when the numbers did not reconcile.
Track record
2008 - 2015
NetSuite
Customization and ERP work: SuiteScript, saved searches and reports, CSV import, workflows, roles and permissions. Learning how the record model behaves under real transaction volume, and what breaks when it is bent the wrong way.
2014 - present
Celigo
Integration work on integrator.io: the Magento 2 ↔ NetSuite and Shopify ↔ NetSuite Integration Apps, plus custom flows built from scratch. Years of it spent on the unglamorous half: troubleshooting other people’s flows and working out why records stopped moving.
Now
SuiteIO
Independent consulting for companies running NetSuite alongside a storefront. Building integrations, fixing inherited ones, and monitoring them so failures surface immediately instead of at close.
How I work
Fail loudly
An integration that swallows its errors is worse than one that stops, because you keep trading on numbers that are quietly wrong. Everything I build surfaces failure instead of hiding it.
Fix the cause, not the symptom
Clearing a backlog of stuck records is the first hour of the job. The rest is working out what let them get stuck, so you are not paying somebody to clear it again next quarter.
Leave it documented
You should not need me to understand your own integration. Every engagement ends with something written down that your team can actually use.
Say when it is not worth it
Sometimes the honest answer is that a custom flow is the wrong tool, or the problem belongs upstream. I would rather tell you that than bill for the wrong build.
Work with me
If your integration is breaking, drifting, or nobody owns it, that is the conversation I want to have.
