Integration work, and staying accountable for it

Six areas of work. Most engagements start with one and grow into a standing relationship once the first thing is fixed.

Flows

Celigo Flow Development

Custom integrator.io flows built from scratch: exports, imports, lookups, mappings, hooks and scheduling, designed around how your business actually operates.

Off-the-shelf connectors cover the common path. The revenue lives in the exceptions: partial fulfillments, split shipments, multi-currency, drop-ship vendors, returns that need to reverse three records at once. I build flows that handle those cases explicitly instead of erroring out and leaving you to reconcile by hand.

  • Exports, imports, lookups and one-to-many mappings
  • preSavePage, preMap, postMap, postSubmit and postResponseMap hooks
  • Delta and cron scheduling, batch versus realtime decisions
  • Error handling and retry logic that fails loudly, not silently

Platform

Integration App Implementation

Magento 2 ↔ NetSuite and Shopify ↔ NetSuite Integration App setup, configuration and extension, including the parts the standard install does not cover.

I have worked inside both Integration Apps since they shipped. That means I know which settings matter, which defaults quietly cause problems at volume, and where you need a custom flow alongside the managed one rather than fighting the app to do something it was never built to do.

  • Magento 2 ↔ NetSuite Integration App
  • Shopify ↔ NetSuite Integration App
  • Field and list mapping to your customizations
  • Custom flows running alongside managed ones

Build

NetSuite Customization

SuiteScript, saved searches, CSV import, workflows and permissions: the NetSuite-side work that integrations depend on.

An integration is only as good as the record model underneath it. I build the NetSuite side too, so the mapping has somewhere clean to land instead of being bent around a schema that was never designed for it.

  • SuiteScript 2.x: user event, scheduled, map/reduce, RESTlet, Suitelet
  • Saved searches, reports and SuiteQL
  • CSV import strategy and data migration
  • SuiteFlow workflows, roles and permissions

Repair

Troubleshooting & Recovery

Failed, stuck or duplicated records diagnosed and cleared, including integrations somebody else built and nobody now understands.

Most of this work arrives as an emergency: orders not reaching NetSuite, inventory drifting, duplicate customers multiplying, a flow that has been erroring for three weeks that nobody noticed. I find the root cause, clear the backlog, then fix the thing that let it happen.

  • Error and retry triage across flow runs
  • Duplicate and orphaned record cleanup
  • Backlog replay without double-posting
  • Handover documentation for inherited integrations

Reliability

Managed Monitoring & Support

Ongoing watch over your flows, so a sync failure reaches me before it reaches your month-end close.

Integrations do not fail politely. They fail at 2am on a Saturday, and you find out on the Tuesday your numbers do not reconcile. A monitored integration is a different product from an unmonitored one: errors get caught in the run they happen, not in the audit six weeks later.

  • Flow run monitoring with alerting on failure
  • Defined response window for critical breaks
  • Monthly integration health report
  • Retained hours for changes and small fixes

3 fulfillments failed at 02:14, retried and cleared at 02:15. No manual reconciliation.

AI

AI Automation

AI applied to the parts of your operation that still run on somebody re-typing things: document handling, exception triage, and data clean-up.

The gap between systems is usually filled by a person copying values between screens. That work is now automatable: reading purchase orders and supplier invoices into NetSuite, classifying and routing integration exceptions, normalizing messy product and customer data before it ever reaches your ERP.

  • Document extraction into NetSuite records
  • Automated exception triage and routing
  • Data normalization and enrichment
  • Custom internal tools built around your workflow

How engagements are shaped

Four ways to work together

Every integration is different, so project pricing is set once scope is clear rather than guessed at from a rate card.

Integration Audit

A fixed-scope review of what you already have running. You get a written findings document: what is broken, what is fragile, and what it would take to fix each item.

Best when you inherited an integration, or something is wrong and nobody can say what.

Implementation

Scoped project work: new flows, an Integration App rollout, a NetSuite build, or a migration. Priced per project once the scope is clear.

Best when you know what you need built and want a fixed answer on cost.

Managed Monitoring

Pricing on request

An ongoing retainer. I watch your flows, respond to breaks inside an agreed window, and hold retained hours for changes as your business shifts.

Best when the integration is business-critical and nobody internally owns it.

AI Automation

Scoped automation work on the manual steps around your ERP: document handling, exception triage, data clean-up, internal tooling.

Best when your team is still moving data between screens by hand.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the situation and I will tell you which of these fits, or that none of them do.
