What happens to what you send

What this site collects

Nothing at all unless you submit the contact form. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session tracking and no cookie set by this site. Loading a page here leaves no record tied to you beyond the standard web server request log described below.

When you submit the contact form, four fields are collected because you typed them: your name, your email address, your company, and your message, along with the subject you selected from the list.

Your IP address

Your IP address is used in two places, both of them defensive.

It is sent to Cloudflare Turnstile as part of the bot check that runs before the form is accepted. It is also used as the key for a rate limit that caps submissions at 3 per hour and 10 per day from one connection, which is what stops the form being used to send bulk mail. The rate limit counters expire automatically: the hourly counter after one hour, the daily counter after 24 hours. Nothing about your visit survives past that.

Who else processes it

Two providers are involved in handling a contact form submission, and no others.

• Cloudflare

  Hosts the site, serves the Turnstile bot check, and stores the rate limit counters. Cloudflare sees the request as the network provider.

  Delivers the submission to my inbox as an email. The form contents pass through Resend in order to be sent.

How long it is kept

Rate limit counters expire on their own within 24 hours, as described above.

Your inquiry itself arrives as an email and is kept in my mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful, in the same way any business correspondence is. It is not loaded into a CRM, not added to a mailing list, and not used for marketing. You will not receive anything from me that is not a direct reply to something you sent.

What it is never used for

Your details are not sold, rented, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used to build any profile. There is no newsletter to be added to. The only reason your information exists here is so that I can answer you.

Removing your information

Send a message through the contact form asking for your details to be deleted and I will delete the correspondence and confirm. No account or verification step is required, because there is no account to verify against.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no notification list, so the date is the honest signal.
