What I get called in for

Client-approved write-ups are in preparation. In the meantime, these are the problem shapes that make up most of the work. If one of them describes your situation, we should talk.

Order sync

Orders reach NetSuite, but not all of them.

A percentage of orders silently fail to sync and nobody notices until customer service starts fielding "where is my order" calls. Usually a mapping that cannot handle an edge case: a payment method, a discount type, a shipping option added to the storefront after the integration was built.

Inventory

Stock levels drift between systems.

The storefront and NetSuite disagree, so you oversell items you do not have and hold back items you do. Typically a timing problem: sync frequency, or a flow that overwrites rather than reconciles, or two processes both claiming authority over the same number.

Duplicates

Duplicate customers and items keep multiplying.

Matching logic that works at low volume stops working as the catalog and customer base grow. The clean-up is the visible job; the real job is changing the matching so it stops happening.

Inheritance

The person who built it has gone.

An integration is running in production, it mostly works, and nobody left in the building knows how. Every change is a risk because nothing is documented and there is no test path.

Fulfillment

Fulfillments and tracking do not make it back.

Orders flow into NetSuite fine, but fulfillment status and tracking numbers do not flow back out to the storefront, so customers are not notified and support absorbs the difference.

Scale

It worked at a hundred orders a day, not at a thousand.

Flows that were adequate at launch start timing out, hitting governance limits, or queueing faster than they drain. The fix is usually architectural: batch versus realtime, and what genuinely needs to be synchronous.

Detailed engagement write-ups will be published here as clients approve them. Nothing on this page describes a specific client.
